Bharath Kumar is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from Bangalore. He is also a Company Secretary. His areas of expertise are Direct Taxation, International Taxation and Litigation Support. He has extensive experience in representing clients before the tax authorities. Bharath Kumar was previously associated with RCE & Co. and Ernst & Young LLP.

Yeshwanth U is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from Christ University. He was previously associated with K P Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants. He has conducted various GST awareness sessions at various parts of Karnataka and is also a faculty for GST at Academy for Certified Accountants. He has supported businesses from various sectors in successfully implementing GST in their organisations. He enjoys solving complex business problems by giving simple solutions while being within the boundaries of legal framework. His areas of specialisation are GST and litigation support.
